Does anyone have any tips to help me back on my feet when the pot is off?

Lots of squats and pistols (one footed squat things). They'll build the strength back up. Cat walks on rails/walls, they'll regain its balance and a bit of strength and control. Climbing up from cats can be helpful in a way. Small precisions too for control and strength, gets you used to impact too. There's quite alot to do actually. I could set you a full course for a day when your up for coming out Wink

but i need more strengh before i can do that
how do you think i could get that?

lmao! in that case squat ur ass off! up stairs. and do tiny precisions, take off from squat position, then land in squat position. will do you good. And the Scott McQuade landing down stairs, little drops, but does your leg muscle good for basics i think.
