I just dont enjoy it at all.
I cant see myself going far by training alone, anyone know how to make solo training sessions more beneficial etc.

Bubble.

Um... Just try and be creative... Use your own imagination and make the most out of a spot. Thats all i do nowadays... And i train alone most of the time.

Train previously neglected movements. Anything simple you couldn't do before, or don't do very often, try it. It's best to do it in places where nobody's watching, you feel less eccentric. Hatfield High School is a great place to train when it's locked. Just don't think about the fact that you're alone, just train because you want to, and be creative. Creativity is what makes solo training bareable tongue Try going chase school, there's alot to be done there, things we overlook, the simplest of movements. Try think back to when we started out, the way we'd see things. We look too deep now and don't even notice the simplest vaults and combinations, and jumps and cat leaps. You just gotta keep your mind open, feel the freedom, don't let anything rest on your conscious, like NRG, the fact we're banned from school or the fact that you're bored. Block it all out and just move around, take your top off when its hot Razz The only reason I seriously enjoyed solo training in school in sumemr was because i felt 100% free. Nobody was watching me, or judging me, noone was there to laugh, or to move me on, or to annoy me. It was just me, and the world as I saw it. Nourish everything around you, zone out. It's tough to do under given circumstances, but interesting things happen in your mind when you're training in solitude. Try silent moving? Slow, graceful, quite movements. Try precisions and rail balance. Think outside the box. As soon as the summer holidays hit, I'm gonna be in that school on my own, top off, no camera, no phone, no money, just me, my freedom, and my environment. I know this didn't help, but it's tough to explain how to really enjoy the solo training.

I love training alone. What helps me is by having music in my ear, it's mint- inspirational music from other parkour vids:D Today feb 26th I trained alone in Thorne and I loved it because of what i stated above. I just imagine there is nobody around me- I am in a world of my own and do parkour:geek:
